Whidbey Island Cultiral Fest is currently seeking cultural performers to apply for the 2025 Whidbey Island Culture Fest (WICF)!

WICF is a celebration of cultural diversity, bringing together artists, musicians, dancers, and storytellers to showcase traditions from around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your culture with the community—and a stipend is available for selected performers.
