Whatcom County Arts Awards Presented by Allied Arts

Our Whatcom County Arts Awards honor local artists and organizations who are inspiring, encouraging and sustaining the community through their creative work. The inaugural awards were presented during the Nov. 21 Holiday Festival of the Arts Gala in 2025.

This year we’ve added the category of Arts Educator, in addition to the previous five categories: Arts Legend, Arts Advocate, Visual, Literary and Performance. The nomination deadline is Oct. 16, 2026.
