• No-Show Policy: If a vendor does not give notice (by phone, email, letter or in person) 24 hours prior to
the Festival that they will not be at the Festival, they are considered a no-show and will not be allowed to
participate in the remainder of the Festival. Participation in future festivals may also be jeopardized.
• Vendors may only display work in the categories in which they are accepted.
• Vendor must have direct involvement in the creative and production processes.
• All work displayed must be of the quality submitted for jurying. Allied Arts reserves the right to require
removal of items that are not of the quality and/or category approved through the jury process.
• Allied Arts reserves the right to refuse entry to any festival participant if we have not received
Confirmation. Please contact Allied Arts if special arrangements need to be made.
• Toward Zero Waste Information: We are committed to making Whatcom Cultural Arts Festival a

a store will be included in this package. The online marketplace can be found here: https://

Security Guidelines
• The Cruise Terminal will be locked at night, but we strongly recommend that you remove valuables or
secure your booth at night.
• The Festival maintains good security; however, we are not responsible for loss or damage. Due to the
festival size and open public access, we recommend removing your product from your booth overnight. If
a booth artisan would like to hire their own private security, the Allied Arts can provide a list of
recommended vendors we can provide.
• Allied Arts of Whatcom County, its employees, volunteers, directors and insurance company are not
financially liable for losses or damages of any kind. Booth artisans should make arrangements with their
own insurance companies for proper coverage. Allied Arts of Whatcom County will not be held
responsible for any theft or damage to vendors work or other personal property.
