Allied Arts of Whatcom County is committed to a business environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Everyone has the right to a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, Allied Arts of Whatcom County expects that all relationships among persons at all Allied Arts’ facilities and events will be business-like and free of explicit bias, prejudice and harassment.

Allied Arts of Whatcom County will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all concerned are familiar with these policies and are aware that any complaint in violation of such policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately.

Our Polices and Procedures have been approved and updates as of April 2021. The Fire and Safety and the Accounting Policies are in separate documents due to length.
