Before you commit to the festival:

READ all of the guidelines on this page very carefully. By completing the form on this page you agree to comply with all stated, if you do not comply your participation in this and future Allied Arts events will be jeopardized. If you are unsure of any aspect of our festival please feel free to call us.

You may choose to participate in either Wired, Lite, both opportunities or neither. 

Holiday Festival Wired – An online marketplace where customers can place orders and pick up curbside at our gallery.

Holiday Festival Lite – A teeny version of the Holiday Festival held at the Allied Arts gallery.

Holiday Festival Wired

Vendors will get an online store with the ability to upload an unlimited number of items (but please don’t!)

Timeline and Due Dates

  • Saturday, October 31 – Confirmation of Participation in Holiday Festival Wired
  • Friday, November 6 – Online store complete by for review by Allied Arts (have a bulk of your items up by this date, items can be added or removed at any time throughout the festival)
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, November 17, 18, & 19 – Vendors drop off inventory (timed delivery, schedule sign up sent after confirmation submitted) 
  • November 20  – December 23 – Online Store is open and customers can place orders thru 12pm on Dec 23. Customers can pick up orders Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm, thru 3pm Dec 24, closed Thanksgiving.
  • Dec 24, 3 – 4pm; Dec 26, 10am – 5pm; Dec 27, 10am – 1pm – Vendors can pick up their remaining inventory. Timed pick up, schedule sign up sent by Dec 15.

Tech Stuff

  • Vendors will be responsible for setting up their own online marketplace and tracking inventory
  • A very thorough, well tested and clear tutorial has been created by our tech guru Ethan D’Onofrio, you will receive it when you confirm participation.
  • Up to 2 hour of free tech support is available. More support available for a small fee. 

Inventory

  • Vendors will have a 3’ wide x 3’ deep x 6’ tall spot available for inventory. If you have a shelf that is that dimension or larger, please bring it in (and we will happily borrow any extras you may have). 
  • Inventory will be securely housed at the former Limelight Theater, 1416 Cornwall.
  • Inventory items need to be well labeled to match SKU’s or descriptions used in your online store. 
  • We will only sell the inventory we have on hand at the Limelight. Please ensure the number of items you input into the system matches the number of items you bring us.

Commission Rates and Fees
30% commission retained on all sales, vendors will be paid no later than January 15. Allied Arts will pay sales tax and credit card processing fees. There are no additional fees to vendors to participate if you’ve already paid your booth fee.

Location
Inventory will be secured at the former Limelight Cinema at 1416 Cornwall Ave. Customers may call for curbside pickup or come into our gallery to pick our their orders.

Holiday Festival Security Shift Requirements

There are none! If you feel like volunteering out of the kindness of your heart, please contact Katy Tolles, katy@alliedarts.org. We are keeping staff and volunteers limited to keep in compliance with occupancy regulations, but may like some extra help during busy times.

Holiday Festival Lite

A teeny tiny version of the Holiday Festival that will be held in our gallery.

Timeline and Due Dates

  • Friday, November 6 – Confirmation of Participation in Holiday Festival Lite
  • Tuesday & Wednesday, December 1 & 2 – Drop off items to Allied Arts Gallery for display timed delivery (schedule sign up sent after confirmation submitted) 
  • December 4  – 24 – Gallery will be open Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm, thru 3pm Dec 24, closed Thanksgiving.
  • Dec 24, 3 – 4pm; Dec 26, 10am – 5pm; Dec 27, 10am – 1pm – Vendors can pick up their remaining inventory. Timed pick up, schedule sign up sent by Dec 15.

Inventory

  • Vendors will have a 3’ wide x 3’ deep x 3’ tall spot available for display. Please indicate on the form whether your items require horizontal or vertical space.
  • Allied Arts Staff will set up the items, we will use the pedestals and tables we have on hand, but if you have a specialty display rack please bring it!
  • Inventory items will need to be marked with your Holiday Festival Tags
  • We will only sell the inventory we have on hand in the gallery. We will call you when stock gets low.
