Call to Artists: Annual Member’s Show 2018

 

Drop off your work at Allied Arts Gallery: Monday and Tuesday, January 29 & 30, 2018
Exhibit Dates: February 2 – 24, 2018
Opening Reception: Friday, February 2, 2018 from 6pm to 9pm

Allied Arts of Whatcom County will host its Annual Member’s Show. Participation is open to all current Allied Arts Members at any level of membership. Artists may sign up for membership when they drop of their work.

All pieces of work may not exceed 30 inches in any direction and work meant to hang must have a wire or hook in place to easily hang it. Sculpture or items meant to stand on a pedestal/table will be permitted but we have very limited space. If you would like to bring sculpture, please discuss your work with Katy Tolles (360-676-8548 ext. 2 or by e-mail) to have it approved before you drop it off. Sculpture not approved by Allied Arts Staff may be turned away on drop off day.

Submission forms are available online in PDF form here (2018 Member Show Form) or in the Allied Arts Gallery (1418 Cornwall Ave). Artists may drop off their work Monday or Tuesday, January 29 & 30, 2018, 10am to 5pm. Depending on the response, Allied Arts may need to limit the number of pieces submitted for the show and will consider first come, first accepted.

This show will run from February 2 – 24, 2018. Allied Arts is a non-profit gallery, proceeds from sales go to support the arts in our community.
