Due to the inclement weather of this year's 16th Annual Chalk Artfest 2008, full credits for next year's 17th Annual Chalk Artfest2009 will be issued to you as soon as possible. As stated in all participant forms, fees are non-refundable: these fees simply covered the actual cost of chalk, which is being stored for next year's festival, in addition to the hours our employees put in to organize this year's event. All participants are registered in our database and will be treated in kind.
