The spring cleaning season is upon us, so join the Allied Arts of Whatcom County staff and members in our community art and supply sale event. Where: Squalicum Corporate Park - 3548 Meridian St. When: Saturday, May 29th, from 9am-4pm, with an exclusive participant preview and swap from 8am-9am What: Sell your…brushes, tubes of paint, extra canvas, stretcher bars, pottery wheels, easels, pastels, charcoal pencils, yarn, string, beads, wire, art tools, studio seconds, prints, fine art pieces…the list could go on.
We need some extra help from volunteers to make this event work!
Available volunteer opportunities:
Marketing:
Design Ad, press release, and distribution
Registration for event:
Review of registration forms, assign spaces
Handling donations
Inventory and price donated items
Set up (day of):
Direct participants to their spaces, set up of Allied Arts area and sales table
Take down:
Take down AA table, return AA items to gallery
