Applications are being accepted for visual art and functional design submissions from residents of Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, and B.C., Canada. Consideration will be given to submissions of all types and sizes. Submitted work may be reasonably considered "recycled art” if it is entirely, or primarily, composed of at least 75% material(s) that would have otherwise been disposed into the waste streams. This includes collage, assemblages, wall hangings, sculpture and other 2 or 3-dimensional artwork. The jury will focus attention on craftsmanship, materials use and creativity.

 Applications can be obtained at The RE Store and Allied Arts office or submit online via www.re-store.org/callforart-bham Deadline is March 2nd, 2012 by 5pm.

 Accepted works will be shown at the Allied Arts Gallery between April 6^th and 28^th. Allied Arts is a non-profit gallery, proceeds from sales go to support the arts in our community.
