Guidelines and General Information for Performers at
2011 Holiday Festival of the Arts
November 18th - December 24th
The Holiday Festival of the Arts is an indoor arts festival featuring 100 artisans from the Northwest, many from our own region. The festival takes place over a six week period. Aside from vendors selling their wares, the festival boasts workshops for children & live performances on the weekends.

Festival Timeline and Due Dates:
We are still accepting
applications for performances, but the process from application to
scheduling may take a little longer once the festival starts
November 18th to December 24th
Festival Hours: Wed - Sun 10am - 6pm
Bonus Days: Mon & Tues, Dec. 19th & 20th
Also Open: Dec 24th 10am - 3pm
January 10th
Last day to pick up CDs from Allied Arts Office
CD Sales and Tips
CD Sales
Sales of you or your groups CDs is allowed. You may not bring in CDs by
other musicians to sell. Each CD must be marked with the personalized
price tags provided by Allied Arts. Allied Arts is not responsible for
keeping track of inventory of CDs. All CDs must be brought in, with
tags, no later then 5pm November 8th. If you are interested in selling
CDs, please mark the appropriate box on the Contract Form.
Tips
Allied Arts will provide tip cans to be put out during performances.
After each performance a representative from Allied Arts will empty the
tip cans and give the money to the performers. No commission will be
taken from tips.
Membership Requirements
Musicians are not required to have a membership to perform at our
Holiday Festival of the Arts. But, Allied Arts does appreciate donations
or memberships in return for facilitating this community event. You can sign up for a membership online here!
Application Guidelines

With your application please include a digital file with a promotional
picture or picture of you performing for us to use for publicity
purposes.
**Once we have received your application you will receive a sheet of
personalized tags to use for your CDs. You will also receive
instructions on how to schedule your performance.
