Heralding the Arts is a new (slightly smaller) festival created to replace the Bellingham Arts Festival.
This Festival will consist of over a dozen artist booths of hand-made arts and crafts from our regions best artists and will be held in the parking lot between the Bellingham Herald Building and the Downtown Farmers’ Market. See below for a list of exhibiting artists.
