Volunteers and Interns – We couldn’t do it without you!

Our terrific interns & volunteers each are busy working on their projects. It has been an amazingly productive season! I want to thank them all for their hard work and let them know what a pleasure it has been to get to know them. Following are brief summaries of each intern’s project.

Julia Moss WWU Anthropology major. She is the spread sheet queen! She has coordinated the entire 2014-15 Allied Arts of Whatcom County Arts and Culture Guide. Duties included contacting potential participants, compiling the data and preparing it all for graphics. What a project! The data was submitted to graphics and should be printed and available in early May! She has also taken on the challenge of coordinating all of the schools and businesses participating in the Children’s Art Walk.

We are currently look for short-term volunteers for our festivals: Holiday Festival of the Arts (November-December), RARE (April) and Bellwether Arts Market (August). Please visit the pages for those events for the Volunteer sign up form.
